About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our Property Services team at Southway Housing Trust. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for carrying out plastering repairs and maintenance work across our portfolio of approximately 6,000 homes in South Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out plastering repairs and maintenance work to a high standard
- Ensuring all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing excellent customer service to our tenants and stakeholders
- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental objectives
- Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
Requirements:
- Experience of plastering repairs and maintenance work
- Citizens & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 Plasterer qualification
- Ability to deliver a customer-focused service
- Personal organisation and effective working skills
- Valid full driving license
