Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Manchester. As a Business Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for contacting business owners and HR professionals to showcase our solution and demonstrate its value in reducing staff absence, improving employee wellbeing, and increasing productivity.
Our client provides expert care, guidance, and support to over 15 million people, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
What You'll Do- Contact business owners and HR professionals to set up online demonstrations
- Prospect potential customers via phone, email, and social media to set up discovery demos
- Develop relationships with senior HR professionals and business owners
- Help more senior sales colleagues and learn from their experiences
- £25,000 base salary
- £45,000 - £55,000 OTE with a guaranteed £250 bonus for the first 3 months
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

During your first month, you will join the Sales Academy and develop your selling techniques with your Sales Manager and Buddy system. You will receive extensive product training, systems training, and roleplays to build your confidence.
In the next 6 months, you will ramp up to your full target gradually, develop relationships with senior HR professionals and business owners, and prospect potential customers mainly via phone, email, and social media.
After 12 months, you will be eligible for promotions and respected pay rises into either a Business Development Manager, Team Leader, or trainer role.
