Our Nonprofit Audit Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in audit and accounting, working with a diverse range of social impact organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audit fieldwork for nonprofit clients, working closely with our experienced audit team.
  • Review financial statements and draft tax computations, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Assist with managing client expectations and deadlines, providing excellent customer service.
  • Draft recommendations for improving financial systems and controls, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' operations.
  • Attend client meetings and contribute to the development of close-out audit meeting agendas and points for discussion.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant ISA requirements and internal policies, ensuring the production of high-quality audit files.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of double-entry accounting and bookkeeping principles.
  • Collaborate with other trainees to deliver assignments and support their personal development.
  • Participate in client gatherings and seminars, expanding your knowledge and expertise in specific areas of interest.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking enthusiastic and proactive individuals who are passionate about building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering excellent client service, a growth mindset, and a willingness to continuously acquire new skills and knowledge.

To be eligible for the programme, you'll need to have obtained at least 112 UCAS points from three A-Levels or equivalent qualifications, achieved a 2:2 or above in any degree discipline, and be available and permitted to work in the UK from the start date of the programme.

Our Recruitment Process

We recruit on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply at your earliest convenience. If your application is progressed, we'll invite you to complete an interactive assessment online, which will begin from Monday 7th October.
