Our Nonprofit Audit Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in audit and accounting, working with a diverse range of social impact organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct audit fieldwork for nonprofit clients, working closely with our experienced audit team.
- Review financial statements and draft tax computations, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Assist with managing client expectations and deadlines, providing excellent customer service.
- Draft recommendations for improving financial systems and controls, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' operations.
- Attend client meetings and contribute to the development of close-out audit meeting agendas and points for discussion.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant ISA requirements and internal policies, ensuring the production of high-quality audit files.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of double-entry accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Collaborate with other trainees to deliver assignments and support their personal development.
- Participate in client gatherings and seminars, expanding your knowledge and expertise in specific areas of interest.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering excellent client service, a growth mindset, and a willingness to continuously acquire new skills and knowledge.
To be eligible for the programme, you'll need to have obtained at least 112 UCAS points from three A-Levels or equivalent qualifications, achieved a 2:2 or above in any degree discipline, and be available and permitted to work in the UK from the start date of the programme.
