- Work effectively in a multidisciplinary setting, collaborating with nursing, psychiatry, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement trauma-informed approaches to support clients with complex psychological needs.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of inclusive and trauma-informed pathways of care.
- Provide training and advice to other professionals and non-professional groups on psychological information and consultation.
- Doctoral-level training in clinical, counselling, or forensic psychology, accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS).
- HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Experience working with individuals with complex trauma, personality disorder, and substance misuse.
- Experience delivering brief, primary care, CBT interventions, or equivalent.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary settings and teaching/training others.
- Ability to work intensively with individuals presenting complex challenges, including sexual and violent offending and self-harming behaviors.
