Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled 2nd Line IT Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our ServiceDesk, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our growing base of small-to-medium clients. You will work on exciting projects, ensuring infrastructure and critical services are running smoothly, and collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop connections
  • Work on various projects, including infrastructure upgrades, network configurations, and system troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in the IT industry

Requirements

  • Strong hardware skills, including experience with virtual servers, networking, and routers/switches
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
