Health and Safety Operations Manager

Our Health and Safety team members play a vital role in our club's wellbeing, and take great pride in the environment in which we operate. As Health and Safety Manager, you will lead the Club team in managing and maintaining a safe facility and ensuring all health and safety policies are adhered to, and that our teams are fully trained and confident in operating a safe club at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as Duty Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the club and adherence to health & safety and compliance regulations.
- Conduct regular health and safety audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Work with partners and contractors to ensure safe delivery of services and adherence to Service Level Agreements.
- Lead and develop a team of health and safety professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent service delivery.
- IOSH / NEBOSH or other relevant, recognised H&S qualification.
- Relevant Facilities Management Qualification (HND, Diploma etc).
- Experience in managing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility.
- Experience in managing a team in a service-led facility.
- Experience of financial planning and management.
