An exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled Facilities Manager to join a prominent hospitality group.
The organization values strong client relationships and a welcoming environment, seeking a qualified Facilities Manager who can ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the property.
In response to the needs of their esteemed clientele, they are looking for individuals with experience in high-end accommodations or hotels, particularly in maintenance operations, to become part of their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive logs of all maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide guidance and support to the engineering team, including training and development initiatives.
- Enhance quality control and service standards throughout the facility.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures consistently with the team.
- Conduct regular meetings with management to address maintenance concerns and resolve issues.
- Demonstrate experience in a similar Facilities Manager role within the hospitality sector.
- Address various maintenance challenges, including plumbing, repairs, and equipment management.
- Exhibit strong customer service skills while interacting with diverse clientele.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities, a commitment to delivering outstanding service, and a proven history of effective maintenance management.
