Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at the McLaren Performance Hub (MPH). As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing a high-quality Occupational Health Service to our entire Racing Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Occupational Health Service, including health surveillance, health protection programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to employees, managers, and other stakeholders on health and safety matters.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and investigations to identify and mitigate workplace hazards and risks.
  • Collaborate with the MPH team to design and deliver health promotion activities and wellness programs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee health and safety information.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to occupational health and safety.

Requirements:

  • Occupational Health Specialist Nurse (Degree level/Diploma level or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of operational service management in a health setting at a senior level.
  • Expert clinical skills and experience as an OH specialist practitioner.
  • Knowledge of potential workplace hazards, safe systems of work, and health surveillance.
  • Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check.
