Key Requirements
- Applicants for the Accounts Assistant role should ideally be AAT qualified or currently studying, or possess relevant experience in accountancy practice, having worked in small, medium, or large independent firms, or within Top 50/Mid or Top Tier firms.
- Candidates should be operating at the Accounts Trainee or Accounts Assistant level, providing accounts and a broad range of accountancy services to a diverse client base, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies across various industries.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of £22,000 - £28,000, commensurate with experience and background, negotiable

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified or possess equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years in practice. Experience as a Semi Senior or Senior Accountant within practice is essential. Familiarity with accounting software such as Iris, Xero, or QuickBooks is advantageous.
