Job Title: Nurse Functional Assessor - Part Time

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Functional Assessor to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Nurse Functional Assessor, you will play a vital role in conducting thorough medical assessments of individuals claiming for the PIP benefit.

About the Role:
  • Conduct thorough functional medical assessments of individuals presenting with complex conditions, including physical, mental health, cognitive, and sensory impairments.
  • Work with a variety of different people, presenting with a range of complex conditions, to gather information and make informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive reports of assessments, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for individuals.
Requirements:
  • Full HCPC/NMC registration.
  • Skilled in report writing and able to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
