Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Contract Paralegal with experience in Mortgage Enforcement to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a day rate basis via an Umbrella company and can be done on a Hybrid basis. Candidates living in the Bristol region are preferred.

  • Manage a caseload of repossession files, seeking guidance from supervisors on legal matters
  • Prepare legal documents and communications
  • Utilize case management systems for processing new matters and workflow entries
  • Provide regular updates to clients on case progress
  • Ensure timely billing for all matters

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administration and telephone handling
  • Strong communication skills with an empathetic and clear telephone manner
  • Proactive with keen attention to detail
