This is a hybrid role requiring collaboration with the team at Head Office and occasional travel due to the national nature of the position.
Key Responsibilities- Support the UK market strategy by leveraging customer insights and property trends to achieve brand strategic objectives and financial targets.
- Focus on the optimal channel mix and level of integration to maximize profitability and sustainability throughout the UK.
- Manage a network of real estate agents and other relevant property contacts to ensure seamless property operations.
- Evaluate available locations and prepare accurate business plans in cooperation with the Board.
- Negotiate new locations, lease renewals, and improve existing terms and conditions, handling related legal documents.
- Report directly to the Board.
- Extensive experience in a similar role delivering retail property development in the UK market.
- Hands-on experience managing a property portfolio within the retail sector, preferably within a brand fashion retailer.
- Experience influencing and engaging at Board level.
- Strong understanding of the financial and commercial impact of all property-related matters.
- Strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to operate effectively with landlords.
- Ideal candidate would be MRICS qualified.
Our client offers a salary of between £80,000-£90,000 plus bonus and benefits.
