About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Churchill's, Beaulieu Square. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Deliver a great customer experience, ensuring that every customer leaves the restaurant satisfied and eager to return.
- Food Preparation and Service: Assist in the preparation and cooking of all menu items, ensuring that they are presented to the highest standards.
- Team Management: Support and motivate your team to achieve their best, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Store Management: Work closely with the management team to maximize store turnover and profitability, implementing effective strategies to drive sales and growth.
