**Role Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a lovely school in Marlow. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their learning, both within and outside of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with their learning, including small group work and one-to-one support
- Assist the class teacher with lesson planning and setup
- Take students outside of the classroom for learning activities
- Support students with specific Special Educational Needs (SEN), such as Autism, ADHD, or mobility issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or in a school setting
- Good knowledge of Special Educational Needs or a passion to develop
- Able to manage challenging behavior
- Able to commit to working fixed days, full or part-time
- Has a clear and valid DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
