Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Management Professional to join our team at Recruitment Solutions. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and scrutinizing maintenance standards checklists to ensure high-quality upkeep of premises and communal areas.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement effective property management strategies to ensure the highest standards of maintenance and upkeep.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect properties and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of property maintenance and repairs.
