The Role
We are seeking an experienced PFI FM Manager to join our client's talented team. As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for the delivery of property/facilities management services within a designated area. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the delivery of FM services, including Health and Safety, environment, annual budgets, budget reconciliation, compliance, and general PPM/RW/lifecycle.
- Managing a team of Site Supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of facilities management services.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including PFI/LIFT service contracts.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive knowledge of facilities management in a PFI/LIFT environment, delivering hard and soft services.
- Strong PFI contract expertise and a deep understanding of PFI/LIFT service contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
- A BIFM Intermediate qualification and IOSH Management Safety Certificate, with Legionella Management desirable.
- An Enhanced DBS Check clearance.
What's on Offer
Our client offers a competitive salary of £47,000 per annum, plus a car allowance of £6,000. You will also receive 26 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays, a pension scheme with a 6.5% employer contribution, BUPA health insurance with a 50% company contribution, and a company sick pay scheme.
