Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to patients within the hospital while supporting colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.
- Manage a nursing team while maintaining high professional standards.
- Ensure patients receive individualized care plans and participate in their treatment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient care and outcomes.
- A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD).
- A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- Experience in managing a nursing team and maintaining high professional standards.
- A minimum of 2 years of mental health experience as a nurse in the UK.
- Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation.
