What the Role Entails- Update and manage forecasting models, KPI reporting, and analysis for key business units and international segments.
- Collaborate with global Sales, Marketing, and senior management to provide insights, establish forecasts, and generate operational performance reports across regions.
- Oversee and improve reporting capabilities, leading data analysts to support core business and trading teams globally.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and assist the Finance Director and Shareholders with global initiatives, utilizing technology for enhanced efficiency.
The ideal candidate for the Finance Manager – FP&A position will possess:
- Professional qualifications (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or equivalent, with experience in a fast-paced consumer environment and exposure to international markets.
- A strong ability to engage with commercial teams at all levels across diverse cultures and regions.
- Proficiency in data analysis and a solid understanding of global business operations.
- Advanced Excel skills and a readiness to work with additional software such as Power BI.
