About the Role

We are seeking a talented FP&A analyst with strong analytical capabilities and commercial judgement to join our team in Basingstoke. As a key member of our finance function, you will support a diverse stakeholder group to ensure that monthly performance reports are both understood and acted on through the delivery of cutting-edge financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse key KPIs and provide commentary to aid decision-making
  • Support the preparation of business cases and work on ad-hoc analytical tasks
  • Advise on revenue movements and support the enhancement of processes through continuous improvement
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or soon-to-qualify individual with strong commercial awareness and excellent business partnering qualities. You will enjoy working within a fast-paced environment and have the ability to see the bigger picture while drilling into finer details as required.
