We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Care Worker to join our team in the Rhymney area of Cardiff. As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their own homes to live independently and maintain their wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to individuals
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • A full, current driving licence and use of a vehicle

  • Ability to work three 7-hour shifts per week on a flexible basis
