Swimming Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach swimming lessons to groups and individuals, following established programs and guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.
  • Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas, ensuring their safety and discipline.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Nationally recognized swimming teaching qualification (Level 2 or equivalent).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults of all ages and abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and motivation.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
