GSS Category Manager (CAPEX and Indirect Spend)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Group Strategic Sourcing Director in fulfilling organizational objectives through exemplary sourcing methodologies.
  • Oversee group CAPEX and Indirect expenditures, crafting and executing category sourcing plans.
  • Forge and sustain vital supplier partnerships, performance metrics, and contractual agreements.
  • Execute sourcing initiatives in partnership with cross-departmental teams.
  • Promote ongoing enhancements in sourcing methodologies and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure uniform strategy execution.
  • Create supplier financial performance reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Administer the Group Approved Vendor List to identify dependable suppliers.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team discussions and communications as the responsible party for category oversight.
  • Implement procurement protocols, supplier quality management, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Manage contracting processes, contract oversight, and risk evaluation.
