Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land Acquisition Manager to join our team at Keepmoat Homes. As a key member of our East Midlands region, you will be responsible for leading a team to acquire land in line with our five-year business plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the regional business plan and land acquisition strategy for the region.
- Proactively source, manage, and progress land and partnership opportunities for the Regional Business to facilitate delivery of the growth plans.
- Identify, assess, pursue, and progress potential land and partnership opportunities suitable for the business.
- Lead and supervise on bid submissions and take ownership of legal agreement negotiations on projects.
- Lead and build a motivated and engaged team, developing team members by enabling and motivating them to be the best that they can to support the growth of the business.
Requirements
- Proven industry experience in planning and land acquisition.
- Embodies our Keepmoat values: straightforward, collaborative, passionate, and creative.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills, with experience in developing strategies and influencing senior decision makers.
- Ability to manage effectively across functional teams and take a straightforward approach.
