We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Asset Database Specialist. In this role, you'll play a critical part in managing our utilities processes and metering estate, ensuring that our assets are maintained and operated efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage utilities processes and metering estate, including arranging new supplies, disconnections, and metering repairs.
  • Carry out investigations and inspections of assets, ensuring that they're in good working order and meet safety standards.
  • Manage related data and provide specialist utilities-related support to the business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification.
  • Individual Working Alone (IWA) certification.
  • Level C: Access & Egress Traction and/or non-traction locations certification.
  • Good working knowledge of the utilities industry, especially electricity.
  • Educated to HNC/HND or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
