About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Sales Representative to join our team at Randstad UK Holding. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in generating sales and providing exceptional customer service to prospective home buyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively sell new homes by following up leads and booking viewing appointments
  • Track and respond to all leads and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Show potential clients around properties and provide detailed information about the homes and the development
  • Control the sales process and liaise with mortgage consultants and solicitors to ensure a smooth sale
  • Negotiate and secure sales, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the outcome
  • Ensure potential buyers are financially qualified and provide guidance on the sales process
  • Update internal CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
Requirements
  • Experience in new homes sales with a residential developer
  • Ability to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and act on your own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
