Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for the Sous Chef position will possess:
  • Robust experience in a fresh food kitchen, preferably in a similar upscale environment at Sous Chef level
  • The ability to step in for the Head Chef, manage a section, and mentor junior staff
  • High standards in cleanliness, inventory management, and task prioritization
