Junior Sous Chef Opportunity

We are partnering with a luxury boutique hotel and spa to recruit a Junior Sous Chef to join their dynamic kitchen team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, overseeing and guiding kitchen staff during service, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes.
  • Oversee and guide kitchen staff during service.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Help in developing and updating menus.
  • Assist in managing kitchen inventory and supplies.
  • Train and mentor new kitchen staff.
