Connectment is seeking a Cost Estimation Specialist to manage and oversee financial aspects of projects across various scales. The successful candidate will foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered within the established financial parameters.
Key Responsibilities:- Align with the company's financial strategy.
- Oversee projects of diverse sizes.
- Develop precise and transparent budgets at the time of tender acceptance and on a monthly basis for each project.
- Source services to align with project timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Draft subcontract documentation.
- Administer client and subcontractor financial accounts.
- Conduct weekly reviews of project timelines and cost tracking.
- Oversee change management processes.
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities.
- Monitor financial performance and collaborate with project teams.
- Reach consensus on project forecasts with operational divisions.
- Perform commercial evaluations.
- Offer commercial assistance during the tendering process.
- Prepare monthly payment requests.
- Adhere to the company's established operational procedures.

Qualifications:- Analytical thinker.

- Degree in quantity surveying or commercial management is required.
