Student Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Student Recruitment Officer to join our prestigious education group. With over 20 years of experience in the field, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality education and promoting cultural exchange experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold the high-quality standards, ethics, and recognition of diversity of our education group.
  • Recruit students from various countries, ensuring they meet the background requirements, including English proficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute an efficient, workable, and profitable marketing and recruitment plan.
  • Travel to make contacts, sign agreements, and nurture relationships with agents and educational institutions.
  • Attend recruitment fairs and exhibitions as directed.
  • Provide feedback to streamline company services and promote programmes.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary for the success of the Student Recruitment Officer role.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in recruitment and marketing, especially in international educational recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: £28,000 - £40,000 + bonus.
  • Hybrid working pattern.
  • Permanent, Full-time position.
  • 40 hours a week.
