We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Officer to join our Fostering team at Polaris Community. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the recruitment and selection of high-quality foster parents.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct home visits and assessments of prospective foster parents to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Write detailed reports on the suitability of prospective foster parents.
- Monitor the progress of applicants through the recruitment process.
- Support the delivery of recruitment events and community activities.
- Liaise with Fostering teams to ensure applicants attend required training.
- Manage records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to travel extensively across the region.
- Experience in fostering recruitment is an advantage, but not essential.
