About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Finance team at Holland & Barrett International Limited. As a key contributor to our FP&A function, you will play a critical role in driving profitable growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning:
    • Lead the development and maintenance of our budget models and consolidation processes.
    • Contribute to the creation of financial storyboards and commentary.
    • Drive improvements to our planning processes and models.
    • Support the preparation of presentations for senior leadership, executives, and shareholders.
    • Influence colleagues across Finance and the wider business to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Reporting:
    • Coordinate month-end close processes and own consolidation models.
    • Identify and drive process improvements in collaboration with our Finance Transformation programme.
    • Contribute to the Executive Pack reporting and coordination of submissions across the team.
    • Support the improvement of reporting output to be more relevant, well-presented, and user-friendly.
    • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements, control, compliance, and accounting standards.
    • Contribute to Investor reporting.
  • Team Development:
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Contribute to our High Performing Team journey.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the broader Accounting & Finance team.
    • Work closely with Senior Finance Manager FP&A, Head of Finance FP&A, Group Finance Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Finance Business Partners.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Multi-site consumer experience, either in a plc or PE-backed environment.
  • Planning and reporting experience at group level in a medium or large-sized consumer business.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a determination to improve processes and overcome hurdles.
  • A highly methodical and organized approach, with the ability to deliver processes to tight deadlines and influence others to do the same.
  • In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial analysis.
