We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef Trainer to join our team at FIND | Creating Futures. As a Chef Trainer, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of chefs and culinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training to chef apprentices in a hybrid environment, combining online and in-kitchen training.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the culinary industry, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
• Work closely with learners to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, providing personalized support and guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients and learners.
• Contribute to the development of our training materials and resources, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with industry standards.

Requirements:

• Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths, or willingness to work towards it.
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel within the region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with learners, colleagues, and clients.
• Passion for the culinary industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality training.
