Join Our Team as a Lettings Partner in Solihull

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Partner to join our team in Solihull. As a Lettings Partner, you will be responsible for driving sales and lettings growth in your designated area, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and building relationships with landlords, tenants, and our Property Management and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and improve operational and financial results in your designated area
  • Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term initiatives to increase profitability
  • Ensure legal and commercial compliance within your area
  • Engage in local marketing initiatives and build relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Work independently and take responsibility for the brand's reputation in the public forum
  • Collaborate with peers to build networks and relationships, and identify opportunities for referrals
  • Implement and ensure compliance of operational planning and financial control systems
  • Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and our Property Management and Operations teams
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in the Residential Lettings industry, with a strong knowledge of the market and its trends
  • Self-starter with the ability to work effectively unsupervised, while being part of a greater team
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Hunger to earn and drive to work hard to reap rewards from dedication
  • Willingness to continuously develop yourself and stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Passion for Spicerhaart, our brands, values, and processes
  • Strong knowledge of Solihull and surrounding areas
  • Ability to build new client relationships, leverage existing relationships, and maximize revenue through quality instructions and book growth
  • Understanding of market trends and ability to predict and react accordingly
  • Sound understanding of Marketing and the marketing cycle
  • Ability to build a close working relationship with our marketing and operations team and effectively maximize all marketing channels
  • Strong presence in front of a camera, with the ability to engage and appeal to your audience
  • Champion of conducting the basics, including canvassing, prospecting, social media, video, 5-star reviews, and door knocking
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term performance through book growth
