This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of creative education and contribute to the development of our innovative and entrepreneurial approach to teaching and research.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead our Creative Education strategy, working closely with academic and professional services teams to enhance our practice-based pedagogy and deliver a curriculum that is driven by research and knowledge exchange.
- Collaborate with staff, students, and industry partners to co-create a curriculum that is relevant, innovative, and responsive to the needs of the creative industries.
- Contribute to the development of our research and knowledge exchange agenda, identifying opportunities for growth and impact.
- Lead and manage a team of academics and professionals to deliver our creative education strategy.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong track record of success in higher education leadership, combined with recognised achievements in professional or creative practice, teaching excellence, or expertise in creative practice methodologies. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the creative industries, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
