About the Role

The Mechanical Technical Lead will play a pivotal part in propelling our business and the mission critical team to success by harnessing strong technical prowess and leadership.

This role will be responsible for maintaining exceptional performance across all technical functions, supporting divisional Directors and Leaders, and collaborating with technical specialists as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate complex collaborations with varied stakeholders.
  • Resolve challenges presented by legacy systems.
  • Optimise technical resources in delivery.
  • Uphold strict quality assurance and verification standards.
Requirements
  • Mechanical Engineering qualifications alongside significant training and experience.
  • Official training and certification such as Registered Building Practitioner; CEng.
  • A minimum of 10 years of technical expertise, demonstrating proficiency in managing diverse projects throughout the entire systems development lifecycle, including overseeing large and complex projects.
  • Preferably, a background of at least 6-8 years in the Mission Critical Sector.
