Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member at Premier Inn Exeter Central St Davids.

About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. Your excellent communication skills and passion for customer service will ensure that our guests feel at ease and have a memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their stay is enjoyable.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including making cocktails and serving meals.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence.
