We Are With You is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Young Persons Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting young people who are experiencing difficulties with substance misuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with a caseload of young people to assess their needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Deliver a range of treatments and interventions to support young people in achieving their goals.

Requirements:
