About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inflight Catering Assistant at Sodexo in RAF Brize Norton, Carterton. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services, interacting with our Armed forces personnel on a daily basis and improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading of catering onto aircrafts.
  • Preparing catering items to be loaded onto aircrafts.
  • Driving on the airfield.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
  • Marshalling of the high lift.
  • Liaising with military personnel.
  • Support with both front and back of house operations.
  • Support any enquiries or requests within the food and beverage areas.
  • Assist with the cleaning operation for these areas.
  • Support with any admin required and ensure all checklists and compliance is completed everyday.
  • Interact with military personnel in regards to operational catering.
Requirements
  • Driving Licence required.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism and respect for others.
  • Basic food-handling skills - desirable.
  • No previous experience required.
