About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Catering Assistant to join our team at Carterton Leisure Centre Trampoline Park & Softplay in West Oxfordshire.

As a Catering Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the café team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for visitors and customers at the facility
  • Prepare, serve, and deliver food and drinks to the highest standards
  • Contribute to the development of café services, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with food safety laws and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility
  • Provide excellent customer care and have good multi-tasking skills
