Finance Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Lead to join our team at Reckitt Benckiser LLC. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of our global business.

Your primary responsibility will be to partner with operational and business support managers to prepare budgets and forecasts, proactively highlighting any risks and opportunities. You will also be responsible for reviewing, analysing and issuing weekly reports on labour for our Hull site and mid-month updates for all areas, as well as monthly reports with detailed variance analysis.

In addition, you will support the ongoing development of the Operational Finance team and be responsible for reviewing and challenging material variances for waste, stock write-offs and bill of material changes. You will also be expected to have experience and working knowledge of key manufacturing topics, including material and manufacturing variances, fixed costs reviews, and labour analysis.

We are looking for a strong leader with proven experience of managing a team, strong IT skills, covering SAP-based accounting systems and Excel, and good interpersonal skills. If you have a passion for finance and a desire to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with operational and business support managers to prepare budgets and forecasts.
  2. Review, analyse and issue weekly reports on labour for Hull site and mid-month updates for all areas.
  3. Support the ongoing development of the Operational Finance team.
  4. Review and challenge material variances for waste, stock write-offs and bill of material changes.
  5. Have experience and working knowledge of key manufacturing topics.
  6. Proven experience of managing a team.
  7. Strong IT skills, covering SAP-based accounting systems and Excel.
  8. Good interpersonal skills.
