Compensation & Benefits:

  • Flexible working arrangements with a preference for candidates based in key locations.
  • Competitive salary up to £45,000, commensurate with experience, along with a quarterly 10% performance bonus.
  • Generous holiday allowance of 30 days.

Role Objectives:

  • Oversee the strategic promotion of IDEX's offerings, brand, and services to facilitate company growth, lead generation, and revenue enhancement. Manage cross-divisional marketing initiatives that align with the overarching marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Key focus areas will encompass social media engagement, creative design, campaign management, data analysis & reporting, content management, and corporate communications.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports directly to the Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with senior management regarding ongoing and upcoming marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate events and webinars, ensuring comprehensive pre and post-event strategies are implemented, including tracking return on investment.
  • Develop and manage content across various channels to ensure relevance and engagement.
  • Assess and refine marketing campaigns, proposing solutions that align with budgetary constraints.
  • Measure marketing outcomes to enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts within the organization.
  • Lead cross-divisional marketing campaigns and uphold brand standards in accordance with business and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative freelancers to produce visual and written content for campaigns, articles, and social media, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and tone.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of all marketing activities, sharing insights with relevant teams and applying learnings to future strategies to enhance customer experience and return on investment. Identify and implement growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the availability of necessary assets, budget, and targeting for campaigns.
  • Establish marketing processes and procedures to maximize operational efficiency.
