Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Trading Solutions Analyst to join our dynamic and ambitious Client Services team. As a Junior Trading Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, and operating live trading platforms in a 24x5 team environment. You will also be responsible for monitoring and optimizing B2B bank and client lines, configuring and rolling out technical solutions for clients, assisting the sales team in developing business opportunities, setting up client accounts across various systems, and performing risk management, including trade matching monitoring outside normal working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Support, monitor, and operate live trading platforms in a 24x5 team environment, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing downtime.

  • Monitor and optimize B2B bank and client lines, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

  • Configure and roll out technical solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Assist the sales team in developing business opportunities, providing market insights and analysis to support sales efforts.

  • Set up client accounts across various systems, ensuring accurate and timely setup and configuration.

  • Perform risk management, including trade matching monitoring outside normal working hours, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize risk exposure.

Requirements

  • Experience in the FX trading industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and risk management principles.

  • Strong analytical skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and quick learner, with a strong desire to grow and develop within the financial services sector.

  • Client-focused with strong prioritization skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of networking, Windows servers, and application life cycle is a plus.
