MAC Cosmetics is seeking a highly skilled In-Store Beauty Trainer to join their team at London Gatwick Airport. This is a newly created position that requires an individual with expertise in makeup artistry and coaching/training.

The ideal candidate will be a makeup artist with a passion for sharing their knowledge and skills with others. They will lead by example in terms of artistry and coach and train the existing team on techniques, looks, and MAC values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the commercial success of the MAC brand in-store by achieving and exceeding sales targets and service standards.
  • Lead by example in product knowledge and artistry, ensuring excellence in service to traveling passengers.
  • Attend and support MAC core training workshops and participate in special brand events and retail initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in makeup artistry.
  • Retail experience with a makeup brand or beauty brand.
  • Commercial acumen to work towards sales targets and KPIs.
  • Passion for the makeup category with creative flair and personality.
  • Ability to share knowledge in a way that engages an audience.
