As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those we support. We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our residential service. In this role, you will assist individuals in gaining greater independence in their daily lives while supporting the Manager with the overall supervision and management of the service. Responsibilities may include:

  • Allocating shifts
  • Coordinating training sessions
  • Inducting new team members
  • Providing supervision
  • Managing medication orders
  • Supporting individuals in managing their finances

This position is ideal for someone eager to make a significant impact on the lives of others, whether by helping colleagues build confidence or supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals.

We are looking for Senior Support Workers who possess both the necessary experience and the right values. Candidates should have prior experience in a similar role and hold a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, along with experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
