About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team at Rhodar Specialist Enabling Works. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our contracts and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and track data on internal systems to monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and issue necessary documentation, including method statements and risk assessments, to site employees.
  • Utilize general office equipment, such as photocopiers and scanners, to support administrative tasks.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our internal systems, including 8x8 and Redsky, and provide support to colleagues as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional telephone manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in contract administration.
