- Leading a team of accountants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, retention, and expansion.
- Collaborating with senior management to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- ACA or ACCA qualified with significant experience in a senior role within accountancy practice.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships, leading teams, and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and fee recovery.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- A competitive salary range of £60,000 to £80,000 per annum.
