Senior Client Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Manager to join our dynamic team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients, overseeing workflow, deadlines, and budgets.

About the Role
  • Manage a diverse client base, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of accountants, reviewing work, providing constructive mentorship, and motivating team members.
  • Own responsibility for KPIs, including monthly billing forecasts and ensuring fee recovery rates are met.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified, with demonstrable experience within practice.
  • AAT qualification desirable.
  • Experience managing a client portfolio, with a results-driven approach.
  • Previous experience leading a team, including reviewing work and providing mentorship.
  • A sound commercial understanding, including forecasting and monitoring fee recovery.
  • A can-do attitude to problem-solving.
  • Organised and able to oversee a team's workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills.
  • Confident working closely with senior management.
  • Motivated and able to inspire others.
  • Collaborative and creative.
  • Excellent business acumen.
