Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Site Supervisor. As a key member of our school community, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our school site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain general maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.
  • Open and close the school each day, and assist with external letting agents as needed.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the safety and welfare of the site.
  • Take initiative to recognize and prioritize tasks, and work independently when necessary.
  • Perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting, moving, and handling.
  • Ensure the security of the school site and maintain a high level of DIY skills.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Enthusiasm for maintaining a high standard of school environment to support children's learning.
  • Firm understanding of and compliance with safeguarding requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness to undertake physical tasks.
  • DIY skills and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to participate in training and development.
