Job Title: Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Site Supervisor. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall upkeep and maintenance of our school site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain general maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.
  • Open and close the school each day, as well as for external letting agents as required.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the safety and welfare of the site.
  • Take initiative to recognize and prioritize tasks, including heavy lifting and moving.
  • Ensure the security of the school site and maintain a high standard of DIY skills.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Enthusiasm for maintaining a high standard of school environment to support children's learning.
  • Firm understanding of and compliance with safeguarding requirements.
  • Ability to work from own initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical fitness to undertake heavy lifting and moving.
  • Understanding of responsibility around security of the school site.
  • Detailed knowledge of DIY skills.
  • Willingness to participate in training and development.
