Compliance Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at L&Q. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance data, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded and reported in a timely manner.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain performance reports to track and analyze compliance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management and department heads, to ensure that compliance requirements are met and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure that the organization is compliant with all relevant statutory requirements, including data protection, health and safety, and employment law.
